Sourdough Workshop

Are you ready to start making sourdough bread? In this beginner’s sourdough class, I will teach you my laid-back approach to making delicious artisan bread and more at home, on any schedule, and at any skill level. This small homesteading sourdough class will be held in-person at the March Farm for a little over an hour. Attend as a first time or forever homesteader and leave with your own sourdough starter and an abundance of knowledge. Cost is $40 per person.

Due to the preparation involved for these classes we can not offer refunds for cancellation.

March Farms invites families to bring children ages 2 and up for outdoor adventures at March Farm. Local teacher and nature/agriculture enthusiast Molly will lead the group through many areas at March Farms on November 7th & 21st @ 9:30am.

We will begin and conclude each adventure at the Playground Pavilion. Please dress for the weather as we will be traveling on foot for the majority of the hour!

A $10 cash donation is suggested per child per class ($5 additional children). You can also Venmo the instructor personally, but again, cash is prefered because if we must cancel no one will have to go through the hassle of processing refunds.

Please RSVP to the instructors contact if you will be participating.

Wreath Making

Create Your Own Christmas Wreath!
Join Molly, our resident outdoor enthusiast, for a hands-on workshop where you’ll craft your very own holiday wreath using local greens, berries, and a touch of ribbon if you’d like.

Molly will guide you through the process from start to finish. Each class lasts about 1.5–2 hours, depending on how detailed you’d like your wreath to be.

All materials are provided by Molly, and March Farm will be serving complimentary hot cider to keep you cozy while you work.

You may wish to bring gloves if you’d prefer to avoid a few pricks from the greens!

Due to the nature of this workshop and the preparation involved, refunds cannot be issued. Please be sure you can attend your chosen class before signing up.

Thank you!
